Inquiry information
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to review and respond to the inquiry. Message content and personal information are not written to application logs.
Optional attachments
Photos, floor plans, and other files submitted with an inquiry are stored in a private Azure Storage container. The studio receives time-limited links by email, and the files are automatically deleted after seven days.
Email delivery
Contact inquiries are delivered to Suravi Design through Azure Communication Services.
Address suggestions
When address suggestions are enabled, the text entered in the optional project-address field is sent to Mapbox to retrieve suggestions. You can leave the field empty or enter an address manually.
Spam protection
The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and request rate limiting. Cloudflare Turnstile may also be used when it is configured for the public form.
Performance and usage
Microsoft Application Insights collects page paths, page timing, browser errors, and service request performance so we can maintain the site. Query strings, contact-form content, advertising profiles, and analytics cookies are not collected.
